You must be very careful when using the chemicals. I would give this product a go. It seems to do the trick.

I am an American who lives in the Caribbean going to school. As you can imagine it is tropical paradise and all creatures seem to love it. I have a huge ant problem as does EVERYONE, spiders, centipedes (majorly huge problem here they’re everywhere, along with lots of other creatures. I keep a lighter on the counter to burn the ant trail at least 5 times a day because the just run ramped here. I also have my dog here and the only thing you can buy on the island is something called “BOP” which not only kills everything living but is also carcinogenic YIPPIE lets all get cancer and live bug free……. NOT. Someone please help the bugs are getting old and I dont use BOP so im stuck with the good old fire method of killing ants

I live in Texas and ants are a problem around here. I’m having a hard time getting rid of them, especially since the chemical-based ant killers are cat killers, too.

Bought the house about 12 years ago. Ants in one corner of the kitchen- so caulked the hole. Used pesticide back then and it essentially controlled them for a while. Tried the Taro baits as well- no fun watching tons of ants feast and me having no idea whether it is actually working or if they are just getting fed. No longer will use harsh chemicals- would have loved if this site had posted peoples actual response to their use of the product- Would like to try EcoSMART products if they work as advertised with only natural non-toxic ingredients. My 11 month old crawler son has struck up a friendship with some of the ants- not my idea of a healthy play date- call me old-fashioned but really?

Is this product harmful to snakes? I have a pet snake and snakes are sensitive to odors. I have an ant problem and am looking for an insecticide that is safe around reptiles. I can’t find this information anywhere on your site, or the can.

I have a number of BIG BLACK ANT colonies in my yard and garden. A number of these reside at the edge of my sidewalk, burrowing back towards the house. I have tried numerous methods of eliminating these ant colonies, all to no avail. Our dog’s are always getting bit on the feet by these ant’s, and I would really like a non-toxic method of getting rid of them.
