I’m so happy to see that this product can be safely used around handsome kitties like Sparky! I have three beautiful cats myself, along with more ants than I care to think about, and I’d like to shift the balance without risking the health and safety of my pets…or myself!

Just moved into a new place and found out that my storage unit had roaches or as they would say water bugs. I have a little eskie and so glad to have found a product that is safe for pets!

I have 40 cats and two dogs. I also feed several colonies of feral cats in the area where I live (Tampa, FL). Ants are a real problem – mostly outdoors. Roaches have become a HUGE problem inside the house, because we need to leave food out at all times for the different personality animals we have (some shy and won’t eat while others are around – so they sneak around and come to eat at night). My husband doesn’t like to kill anything, but the pests have become overwhelming and we both agree something needs to be done. I’d love to test this product tro see if it really works. If it does, I’d be a customer for life!

Is there any other store that carries these products besides WalMart? There isn’t a WalMart in my area.

  19. By Tracey on Aug 29, 2009

I woke this morning to find a trail of ants from the foyer, through the carpet and into the kitchen. I have a 17 year old cat that I want to protect. Where can I find this product? I’m in Texas so a list of stores would be appreciated.

  20. By Barbara on Sep 11, 2009

I definitely will be looking for this product tomorrow. I need to find a safe, cat-friendly alternative vs. mosquitoes, ants, and other no-see-ums that get inside the house.

I’ve looked around but haven’t seen this in my local stores. Please give this girl a chance to try out your product because if it works I’ll sing your praises forever!

Seems as the winter has hit, the ants inside continue to grow. Baits just aren’t working and we don’t want to expose our cats to anything.

  26. By Stacey on May 3, 2010

It has been a very wet spring so far here in Missouri, and now the ants want to come in the house and eat the cat food. I have been trying to find a way to kill them without hurting my cat. I would love toi try this product.

i would love any help you can give in in killing or getting rid of flies and nats i have 10 dogs 2 cats and aquariums because of the weather i have been getting flies and nats finding their way in and i cant use pestosides to get rid of them do you have anything that can help

  28. By Pam Miller on Sep 16, 2010

This stuff did kill the ants! The smell is very strong but not a chemical smell. It left the floor very slick but mopping with the famous brand of dish detergent will fix that. I don’t have roaches so I don’t know if it kills them, but it did get rid of my ant parade.

  29. By Liz on Oct 26, 2010

Would love to try this product. I have yet to try a pet-friendly one that actually works!

  30. By Mary E. Shane on Nov 4, 2010

What is the brand name at Wal-Mart??
Does the product smell like cloves as I read on another website?? We have a Jack Russell that has seizures if he smells cinnamon. We couldn’t use this if it has a strong spice oder. Can anyone tell me how it smells? Does the plant fungicide also have an oder? What kind? We have a small garden sunroom full of plants that our 2 Jacks also spend time in.

FINALLY! I would love to try something that is good for my cat and actually works!

  32. By Phoenix on Jan 11, 2011

Does it kill crickets too??!! :) I live in a 2nd floor apartment directly above my neighbors beautiful garden in the city. It’s L.A. and it’s hot so I need the window open pretty much year round. Well that beautiful garden comes at a price because these HUGE prehistoric-looking crickets climb up the wall and into my bedroom! Eeek!! I used to empty a can of Raid on them. They probably drowned before the poison could take effect. I can’t do that anymore because I have a beautiful 4yr old Siamese indoor kitty named Hendrix. I thought he would be a great bug catcher… not so much. He’d rather watch me run around jumping and screaming while I try every non-chemical cricket killing method known to man. Ever tried to put a cup over a cricket?? Terrifying. During my latest epic cricket battle (earlier this evening) I improvised with Lysol. I realized afterwards that it’s probably not much better than Raid so I’m now laundering all my sheets and blankets (scene of the crime) at midnight. **Sigh** Wish I had some pet safe bug spray.

How long does it last before you need to re apply and does it kill off fleas and ticks? I have dog hoarders living next door and it gets nasty over here! Would love to try it can I use it in a chapin sprayer for the outside and inside of my home and flower beds and tree’s? I have 1/3 acre, how much would I need to order and how is it best applied also the adjunct how do you use that can they be mixed together in the sprayer or separately? and which do you use first? thanks, living in TX now and sure do get alot of bugs! would love to be able to use the yard in the spring summer and fall! excited about your product. I will be launching an all natural website and if this does the trick would love to become an affiliate and promote/sell it :) be well.

  42. By Bonnie on Jun 21, 2011

I just went through a can of EcoSmart Ant and Roach spray in about a quarter of the time or less than I would have with a regular ant and roach spray. It seems like what this product does is to drown them or suffocate them, and it doesn’t deter more from coming like something like Raid does. We are having a severe ant problem at the moment because of severely dry conditions that are killing off the grass roots outside, thus sending the desperate ants inside looking for any source of water or food they can find. This product may be fine for “normal” to “light” ant problems, but I definitely would not recommend it for “heavy” or “severe” ant infestation. Stick to the regular spray around the baseboards for that and use this for the occasional one you might still see on the floor. One more thing about the EcoSmart spray is that it uses certain oils and therefore leaves an oily residue behind that can be slippery. So be careful not to spray it on already slick walking surfaces or either clean it up quickly after use.

    Great looking cat!

  45. By Nova Jones on Jul 23, 2011

We live on a Ant Farm … no not really. It just feels like it. Every time we think we have gotten rid of the ants, we find them somewhere else. We have 2 out door dogs, so the food bowl is outside on the porch. We spray where the bowl is and once it’s dry put the bowl back and in a few days it loaded with ants again. No matter where we move it … ants, ants and more ants.

I would love to try this product out and review. Ants, spiders, and recently unstoppable fleas. I have tried everything but in a mild manner as i worry about my cat getting ill from the treatments. Please let me know what i can do to try this out soon!
