One Month of EcoSMART Giveaways
May 13th, 2009 Posted in Organic & Chemical Pesticides, Winner's Circle
Well, it’s been a little over a month since we’ve started doing the Everyday Giveaway on our EcoSMART blog, and we’ve had winners from all over the United States!

Here is where all of our winners reside:
- California
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Florida
- Illinois
- Kentucky
- Maryland
- Missouri
- New York
- North Carolina
- Pennsylvania
- Virginia
- Wyoming
We have a large number of winners, but unfortunately, only a few people in the Winner’s Circle…
C’mon guys…we really want to see EcoSMART in action! That’s one of the best things about having an EcoSMART blog – we are able to interact with all of you and solve your insect problems in an organic & environmentally-friendly way.
In return, however, we need to see that you have received and are using your EcoSMART. There are some adorable pets in the Winner’s Circle, how about any family members? Remember: EcoSMART is completely safe to use around children, too.
Get creative and send us your pictures! Haven’t won yet? Keep commenting…we are still picking winners every day.

I was so excited to hear a commercial for EcoSMART on my car radio. I didn’t catch where it is being sold, so when I got home I started checking it out on the internet. I see there are no winners from Texas on your list. It is really hot and humid here right now and I can’t step out in my yard without being thoroughly covered with chemical bug spray. I’m anxious to try your products because I really hate using chemicals in my home as well as outside on my plants and yard. I’ve been looking for products like this. I’m really excited!!!!

You all are doing a great thing. I love it so much that if you pick me as a winner, I’ll do a review of your product on my blog! Heck, I may even review it even if I don’t win
I think everyone needs to know about safe ways to kill unwanted bugs.

Wow! Finally my husband will let me use
an insecticide –Ecosmart!!! I think we live
on an ant hill and my husband is adamently
against using poisons. But when I brought
Ecosmart Ant and Roach Killer home — and it
worked so-o-o well, I finally do not have to
live with the ants in the house!!! We love
Ecosmart! Thank you.

My girlfriend and I use this around our apartment all the time, she doesn’t trust many products with the new kittens running around, I’m glad but surprised there aren’t more products that are more “home and family and pet” friendly.

What a great idea! I have what seems to be some type of hive of carpenter bees living on the side of my apartment building, and would love to use something non-toxic to resolve the problem.
By Keira Dash on May 15, 2009
Agreed with Jan – we have an ant problem every summer, but no natural remedies ever worked for us. Ecosmart has made the vacuum-in-the-kitchen days a thing of the pastttt!
By Jessie Smith on May 15, 2009
Ecosmart looks like the perfect thing for our family – with two dogs who like to stick their noses into virtually everything in the yard and the house, we don’t like to put anything that could harm them anywhere that they can get into it. I think I’ll get some and try to get rid of the ants running around on our counter!

Recently I have become sole caretaker to an ill/elderly parent. She has a terrific backyard with one exception, she has these peony bushes that attract Everything! They’re very sentimental to her, a gift from Her mom, and I suspect they will be carried down.
Being that most of my time is now spent indoors with her, I’d like very much to make her lovely backyard more appealing and enjoyable so as to have a change of scenery for both of us.
Really looking forward to EcoSmart Products, thanks!

Choose me … I need some organic insecticide. I will take pictures with my entire family bathing in this stuff if you need me to.

I hate bugs! My boyfriend and I seem to get a nasty ant infestation in our apartment every winter. The stinky chemical stuff barely works! I’d love to try this out.

I just heard about your product and checked out where I could buy it. Walmart is it here in Corpus Christi. I have 3 new kittens just getting curious and I need something for the bugs that are getting out of hand. The other sprays I have used haven’t worked and I’ve just noticed fire ants getting into the house too. Thank you and I hope I can do your test for you.

Hi! I’m Don from Sugar Land, Texas. We’ve got about every kind on insect on the planet in this part of Texas. However, I’ve been cautious of using anything harmful around our dogs or the kids. I’m real curious about your products and would like to test them to see, if they can handle this tough Texas climate. I hope so! Thanks for making a product that can be effective but prevent putting harmful compounds in our environment. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks-
Don

Im a college student living on a city campus and sometimes the Landlord doesn’t quite mention the slight bug problem in his apartments. My roommate and I are very conscious about the environment and I think EcoSMART is a great way stay green and keep clean!

My husband heard about your products on the radio and sent me a message. We recently lost our 2 year old rat terrier from using Pesticides that were harmful to animals. She became very ill and was taken to the vet and every effort was made to save her and it wsa too late. We still have at our home a 1 year old black lab, “Bubba”, a 8 week old blake lab, “Libby”, and we recently added a new 12 week old rate terrier, “Kali”. We want to use products at our home that will never harm one of our beloved pets. I also noticed on the list that you do not have any winners from Texas, and I would gladly send you a picture of the product if won with the crew that we have…. Thanks………..

I would like to try something that is earth friendly. I don’t usually like using some of that other stinky products.

Okay, so I just posted my desperate story on another blog, but here goes…
We have 2 different pest control companies come to our house each month since we built it 5 years ago. We had them spray inside a couple of weeks ago for this problem and it did not help at all. We’ve never had house plants or any animals. For the last 2 months, we’ve had a major infestation of fungus gnats in 2 of our bathrooms. We have 2 little girls, ages 2 and 5, and can’t even give them a bath in their bathtub because there are dozens of the gnats crawling around all the time. I was up until 1:30am last night using a whole gallon of bleach in the tub trying to get rid of them. I cleaned ever nook and cranny of the bathroom and taped up the faucets. To my dismay, this morning there were again dozens of those tiny bugs crawling in the tub. If I walk into their bathroom, I walk out and look at the bottom of my foot and there are at least 4 or 5 of them stuck to my foot. Then this afternoon I checked the girls’ windowsills and found several crawling there as well so they’ve invaded a whole side of our house! I’m sure they’re in the walls.
PLEASE HELP ME! I’m willing to do anything, even moving my family into a motel for a week to get rid of these things!

I love EcoSMART products’ strong commitment to the environment, and would love to try out some of the products. It’s finally inching towards summer here, and it would be a great benefit to have on hand around the house. Thanks for the great giveaways!

I avoid using pesticides in or around my home for safety (we have 2 dogs and I am pregnant!) and environmental reasons, and I’m always on the lookout for safer alternatives. However, here in FL we regularly have unwelcome silverfish, earwigs, Palmetto bugs (giant flying roaches if you’re not from the south), and flour moths. I would love to try this product in my home!
By Yvonne on May 27, 2009
I hate insects but hate harsh chemicals around my cat. This sounds like a wonderful product.
By Candace on May 29, 2009
I don’t know how many people out there have problems with the insect commonly called a “camel cricket”, but I really want the opportunity to try this organic pesticide to keep these critters away. These “camel crickets” normally live in caves, so they have invaded our basements anfd garages, and when given the chance, they will sneak into your house as well. Although they aren’t poisonous, they are frightening (looks like a hopping spider). I will give anything to be rid of these insects!

We have used Eco Ant and Roach spray for Clover Mites and it has worked. It is great to have a product on the market that is safe for my children yet effective for the controling the mites.
